[name removed] from PINC Newbury was outstanding. Supporting me through a very dark time. Care was gauged at a clear and easily understood level and never felt rushed. I truly believe this service is invaluable as talking face to face can not be beaten. I am grateful for the sessions as I now have a life I feel worthy of living.

Flash cards Things for the fridge magnets Keyring reminders These are all things i created that mean skills relevant to me are visual, quick to see and surround me in everyday life without getting swallowed up or buried.

This group is amazing. BWA saved my life last autumn when I was allocated an advocate. This is really helping me to get better and I felt at home after the first week. The phycologist are so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful
